What you'll do

• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion
• establish schedules, responsibilities, and approvals
• maintain project calendars and communicate progress and deadline risks
• coordinate proposals and RFP production
• review approved marketing materials
• maintain marketing resources and CRM records
• coordinate events, vendors, communications, website updates, merchandise, surveys, and company initiatives
• develop approved workflow improvements
• protect confidential information.
