What you'll do

• Contact caregiver applicants by phone, text, and email
• explain role expectations and company values
• handle candidate inquiries
• conduct phone interviews and document responses in the applicant tracking system
• recommend qualified candidates for next steps
• follow up on hiring requirements
• schedule orientation
• update candidate statuses and coordinate with internal departments.
