What you'll do

• Prospect and build a sustainable customer base
• meet new-business and margin-growth objectives
• develop and execute an annual business plan with the Sales Manager
• maximize margins on new projects
• identify target accounts and manufactured products with the sales team
• build relationships with decision-makers
• maintain Salesforce pipeline records and use business-intelligence reports
• coordinate project completion with internal stakeholders
• improve tools for managing projects and prospecting.
