The Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – Floater role is onsite in Buffalo, NY. Pay is $39.52–$59.28 per hour. U.S. Renal Care provides kidney care and works to improve the lives of people with kidney disease. The RN provides and documents dialysis care, supports patient assessment and care planning, and assists and supervises Patient Care Technicians. The role contributes to safe, high-quality treatment and helps ensure center staffing meets applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide and document physical assessments before and after dialysis treatments
• monitor patients during treatment
• review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications according to physician orders
• participate in interdisciplinary assessment and care planning
• assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians
• help ensure center staffing requirements are met under the Administrator’s direction and state staffing ratios
• follow company policies and state and federal regulations
• attend required staff meetings and continuing education.

Why this role
