The Day Care Teacher — Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers role is onsite in Wilmington, MA; pay is $19–$23 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends. Curriculum, supports children's development, communicates with parents, and works with center staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers
• manage the classroom and model appropriate behaviors
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children
• create a safe and nurturing learning environment
• communicate children's progress and activities to parents
• partner with center staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.

Why this role

At least six months of professional teaching experience is required; one year is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. CPR and first aid certification are preferred.
