What you'll do

• prepare drinks to the 60-second service standard and communicate delays
• conduct coffee team briefs and coordinate training with management
• engage guests and create latte art
• maintain equipment and counter cleanliness
• complete checks and calibrations
• manage ingredient waste and stock
• share weekly sales targets with the team.
