What you'll do

• Answer telephone calls and take and communicate complete messages

• collate brochures for the marketing department
• prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for dining staff
• update resident phone lists, rosters, move-in/move-out registers, and guest logs
• manage appointments for residents and family members
• maintain an organized desk and entry area
• distribute mail
• maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits
• follow company and operating policies.
