What you'll do

• Prioritize and complete work orders
• assist technicians and the supervisor
• handle HVAC, electrical, drywall, plumbing, flooring, and appliance tasks
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• provide emergency maintenance and security support, including on-call duties
• assist with groundskeeping
• operate grounds equipment
• and assist with custodial duties or special projects as needed.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with some evening and weekend on-call hours. A high school diploma or GED, at least two years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and a safe driving record are required.
