What you'll do

• Supervise the Quality Assurance Supervisor, SIR Coordinators, and HCBS Specialist
• oversee quality assurance for residential and non-residential vendors
• coordinate vendor training and technical assistance
• interpret and apply Title 17 regulations
• develop quality assurance policies and staff training
• monitor incident trends and risk mitigation
• facilitate the Risk Mitigation Committee
• and oversee HCBS compliance activities and person-centered training.
