The assistant helps manage clinical therapies under physician direction, prepares and monitors patients during treatment, and maintains accurate documentation and clinic readiness. This work supports safe, organized care and patient education throughout clinic visits.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinical therapy operations under physician direction
• greet and room patients, obtain weight and vital signs, review medical information and medications, and administer ordered therapies and medications
• review screeners and alert physicians to abnormal or high scores
• provide patient instructions
• verify documentation and consents
• monitor patients and assess status before discharge
• maintain clinical logs, charts, supplies, and clinic preparation.
