What you'll do

• Provide engineering direction and technical support for pressroom equipment and operations. Drive equipment effectiveness, throughput, and availability improvements
• partner with supervisors and maintenance teams to resolve downtime and process issues
• lead world-class manufacturing initiatives and root-cause analysis
• manage specifications, timelines, and vendors for equipment rebuilds and upgrades
• analyze quality trends and reduce scrap
• conduct safety risk assessments
• ensure compliance with applicable OSHA press safety requirements
• and lead capital, capacity, and automation projects.
