• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims from injury report through resolution and return to work
• review reports and documentation
• maintain confidential records
• monitor claim status and restrictions
• communicate with employees, leaders, administrators, insurers, and medical providers
• coordinate modified-duty assignments
• train managers and supervisors
• and partner with HR on related leave and accommodation matters.
