What you'll do

• Deliver guest hospitality
• support store flow
• fairly delegate tasks when acting in a shift leadership capacity
• maintain calm during busy periods
• perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• follow food safety and cash management procedures
• reinforce safety and security standards
• assist with training
• communicate teammate performance and production feedback to the General Manager
• coach teammates when serving as shift leader.
