Resident Care Coordinator

Job overview

The Resident Care Coordinator role is onsite in Pinehurst, NC, with starting pay of $22–$30 per hour. The position supports resident care services in Charter Senior Living’s assisted living community. The coordinator supports daily care operations and frontline caregiving teams in partnership with the Health & Wellness Director. The role contributes to quality care, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Support daily resident care operations
• assist with scheduling, supervision, and support of caregiving staff
• monitor care quality and resident wellbeing
• support onboarding, coaching, and development of care associates
• partner with the Health & Wellness Director on policies and state regulations
• communicate resident needs and condition changes
• assist with care coordination and care plans
• build relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Why this role

Must be a seasoned Medication Aide with Adult Care Homes Certification or an LPN. Assisted living, memory care, or senior living leadership experience is sought.
