The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Kingston, NY. Compensation is $16 per hour. Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 258-bed facility providing subacute and long-term care in the Hudson Valley. The aide supports residents’ dietary needs and the Dietary Services Department by preparing and serving food, maintaining food safety and sanitation, and helping keep kitchen and dining areas ready for service. The role contributes to residents’ health and well-being through reliable food service and nutritional care.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals, snacks, and beverages
• serve meals while following food safety and hygiene procedures
• take inventory of kitchen supplies and food items
• set up and take down dining areas
• assist with kitchen maintenance and cleaning
• support nutrition education programs
• assist residents with specific dietary requirements.
