Global Clinical Order Manager

The Global Clinical Order Manager role is onsite in South San Francisco, CA, with pay of $50.00–$52.93 per hour. The PTDS Global Clinical Supply Chain Management department packages and distributes investigational medicinal products for clinical trials. The role manages in-house packaging orders and supports on-time, in-full delivery of investigational medicinal products. It coordinates standard packaging designs and operational issue resolution across supply chain, production, materials, artwork, master data, packaging operations, and quality teams, and enables medication randomization for blinded studies.

What you'll do

• Manage in-house packaging orders and drive on-time, in-full delivery of investigational medicinal products
• set up Standard Packaging Designs with the Clinical Supply Chain Lead and partner teams
• manage packaging issues and discrepancies with Quality Units and escalate major timeline-impacting issues
• enable medication randomization for blinded studies.

Why this role

Requires six years of pharma industry and/or supply chain experience, ERP experience such as SAP, OMP, or APO, and a relevant bachelor's degree. German skills are beneficial; APICS/SCOR, PMP, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean credentials or experience are a plus.
