What you'll do

• Own the contract transition from execution through service commencement and acceptance of transition deliverables
• manage the Transition Project Plan, phases, milestones, integration points, and dependencies
• coordinate with the customer, incumbent provider, and impacted parties
• lead mobilization, implementation, integration, and operational stand-up
• manage service-provider changes, training, testing, knowledge transfer, and transition risks and issues. Travel is estimated at 25%, potentially up to 50% during the first year.
