The Hotel Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Pawtucket, RI, supporting the New Bedford Harbor Hotel in Downtown New Bedford. The stated pay range is $20–$23 per hour. The position supports Lafrance Hospitality’s hotel operations across the front desk, housekeeping, and 222 Union Food & Beverage. The supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and operational support to help deliver a strong guest experience and maximize profitability. The role responds to guest and employee needs, monitors guest satisfaction, supports team onboarding and training, and assists across departments as needed.

What you'll do

• Assume responsibility for departments as assigned by the General Manager
• monitor guest satisfaction scores and identify improvements
• ensure guest reviews receive prompt, professional responses
• respond to guest and employee needs and requests
• assist with food and beverage in the 222 Cafe as needed
• support onboarding and training of new team members
• help maintain smooth hotel operations.
