What you'll do

• Formulate products and conduct iterative testing in a food-safe environment
• perform sensory, shelf-life, and analytical testing, including pH and Brix
• research market products and competitor formulations
• prepare prototypes and samples
• test ingredients, processing techniques, and preservation methods
• source raw materials with suppliers
• maintain ingredient inventory
• collaborate on food safety and labeling requirements
• document results and present findings.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, microbiology, or a related field, and one to three years of food or beverage product/process development, quality assurance, or R&D experience. Fresh produce experience is a plus. The position does not qualify for relocation expenses.
