What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, and develop two IT staff
• establish IT service standards and help-desk workflows
• own business continuity and disaster recovery strategy, backups, and recovery testing
• lead responses to SOC 2 and customer security due diligence
• manage network infrastructure, cloud platforms, hardware and software lifecycles, and endpoint security
• manage vendors and software licensing
• support Windows, macOS, Linux, and server-based hypervisors
• coordinate with company leadership and departments.
