What you'll do

• Lead and develop Account Executives
• coach through one-on-ones, call reviews, deal reviews, and pipeline reviews
• join key customer calls and support negotiations and closing
• own team performance and forecast accuracy
• improve conversion and win rates
• build the sales playbook and onboarding
• analyze sales data
• partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and leadership
• help hire salespeople.
