Senior Design Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead design, development, testing, and release of pumps, dispensing systems, valves, applicators, and automation equipment
• develop precision fluid-delivery and material-handling solutions
• perform system architecture, component selection, analysis, risk assessment, and validation
• design mechanical components and assemblies in 3D CAD
• integrate servo motors, ball screws, bearings, and motion systems
• lead prototype testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and verification
• prepare specifications, test plans, documentation, and bills of material
• collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, suppliers, and customers
• participate in design reviews and mentor junior engineers
• ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, CE, Machinery Directive, and RoHS requirements.
