IT Business Analyst — Transportation / Mastermind — Remote

The IT Business Analyst — Transportation / Mastermind role is fully remote and requires work in the Central time zone. Compensation is $85–$88 per hour, W-2, based on qualifications. The role supports an agricultural cooperative’s road transportation systems and is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The analyst translates transportation business needs into technology solutions for Transportation Management Systems and On-Board Computer systems. The role supports deployments, issue resolution, testing, training, and process improvements across cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into process and technology solutions for TMS and OBC systems
• guide business case development, including cost-benefit and risk-impact analysis
• support Mastery/Motive deployment by reviewing and prioritizing ticket backlogs
• gather requirements for additional product-line deployments
• prepare test plans and cases and support functional and user acceptance testing
• maintain documentation and provide user training as requested
• support unit and integration testing, cutover, and hypercare
• follow safety policies and procedures.
