What you'll do

• Maintain grounds and work areas using clean-as-you-go practices
• upkeep amenities, building exteriors, dumpster areas, parking lots, and community buildings
• remove trash from grounds, containers, and vacant apartments
• complete property walks and landscaping assessments
• clean pools, tot lots, light fixtures, breezeways, amenity areas, and grills
• perform janitorial tasks, power washing, and light exterior painting.
