What you'll do

• Lead and develop a local team of sales specialists
• recruit, hire, onboard, and retain team members
• coach in the field through ride-alongs and feedback
• manage regional business plans, budgets, territories, forecasts, and KPIs
• analyze performance data
• build relationships with healthcare professionals, accounts, and health systems
• partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations
• support sales tools and data quality
• manage performance and talent decisions
• and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
