What you'll do

• Administer and maintain Dynamics 365, including configuration, user access, security, performance, updates, deployments, and documentation.
• Develop and customize Dynamics solutions, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, plug-ins, JavaScript, and Power BI reports.
• Maintain integrations and APIs, support data migration and quality, provide Tier II and Tier III user support, create documentation and training, improve business processes, participate in CRM projects and testing, and maintain security and governance standards.
