What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• dry and store cleaned items
• sweep and mop the dishwashing area
• remove trash, recycling, and food waste
• clean mats and garbage pails
• sanitize food-preparation surfaces and storage areas
• replenish kitchen supplies and equipment
• resupply sanitation chemicals, towels, and soap.
