Technology Alignment Manager

What you'll do

• Visit client sites for full-day appointments
• prepare by reviewing tickets, projects, customer satisfaction issues, and vCIO discussions
• check in with client contacts and users
• complete audits and technology assessments
• document customer environments and configurations
• maintain vendor relationships
• complete technical checklists and reactive tickets
• provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
• use ticketing tools to document interactions and work
• participate in a 24-hour on-call support rotation.
