• Monitor and maintain plant operations
• disassemble, assemble, repair, construct, overhaul, maintain, and install processing and packaging equipment and conveying, hydraulic, and air systems
• perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• respond to service calls
• troubleshoot equipment
• make timely repairs and adjustments
• complete required paperwork.
