The Heavy Equipment Operator is an onsite role in Vero Beach, FL, working outdoors Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Circular Services, a recycling company that recovers, recycles, and reuses materials to reduce waste and support local supply chains. The operator safely moves materials and feeds processing equipment to support compost and soil amendment production. Equipment checks, production reporting, safe loading, and adherence to site procedures help maintain productive and safe operations.

What you'll do

• Safely operate loaders, trucks, and other heavy equipment to move products and feed shredders, grinders, and screens
• upload daily production reports
• load products onto roll-off containers or walking-floor trailers
• perform daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
• maintain a clean and organized work environment
• follow safety regulations and report hazards or defects
• collaborate with drivers, operators, and coworkers
• participate in training.

Why this role
