What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items to standardized recipes and hotel specifications
• maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• assist with menu development and seasonal changes
• organize daily preparation and production schedules
• coordinate timely service
• monitor inventory and ordering needs
• reduce waste through planning and stock rotation
• follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP requirements
• maintain cleanliness and food safety records
• train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
