What you'll do

• Assist cooks
• obtain products and small equipment
• follow recipes and equipment instructions
• use safe food-handling practices
• wash wares and kitchen equipment
• collect trash and remove debris
• clean receiving and kitchen areas, floors, and dish areas
• assist with food preparation and storage
• maintain supplies
• transfer equipment and supplies
• complete cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed.
