Staff Attorney

What you'll do

• Draft contracts, organizational documents, policies, regulatory filings, rate schedules, and transaction documents
• conduct legal research and analysis and prepare memoranda
• monitor federal regulatory dockets
• track and communicate changes to counterparties’ service terms
• prepare resolutions and contract summaries for board meetings.
