What you'll do

• Make at least 40 outbound calls per day to schedule recurring inspections
• maintain technician schedules at least 30 days ahead
• manage customer email correspondence
• support onboarding of new inspection accounts
• maintain client and job records in ServiceTrade and schedules in Excel or Google Sheets
• provide general scheduling and correspondence support.
