Job overview

This role exists to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The technician uses evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
What you'll do
- Work one-on-one with children, implement behavior intervention plans, teach communication and social skills, reduce interfering behaviors, and maintain physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds.
