Technology Analyst

The Technology Analyst is an onsite position in downtown Houston, TX, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The anticipated hiring range is $70,000–$80,000 annually. The role supports employee-facing technology operations at the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts, whose programs and performances serve the Houston community. The analyst provides frontline support and maintains devices, Microsoft 365 and Entra services, basic network operations, documentation, and staff training. The role helps employees work effectively and supports technology governance, AI implementation, SharePoint adoption, and continuous process improvement.

What you'll do

• Provide and document employee technology support
• troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, printers, and conference room technology
• provision devices and administer routine Entra ID tasks
• troubleshoot wired, wireless, VPN, and internet connectivity
• maintain asset records and network documentation
• communicate outages and changes
• deliver staff training and new-hire orientation
• maintain SOPs and knowledge resources
• support technology policies, AI implementation, SharePoint adoption, and approved process improvements
• coordinate routine vendor requests.
