Lead Veterinary Technician

What you'll do

• Supervise and evaluate technicians and medical personnel
• schedule staff and monitor coverage and overtime
• train and mentor staff
• perform technician or assistant duties as scheduled
• coordinate with departments and supervisors
• oversee cleaning, stocking, and inventory
• support clinical laboratory procedures, medication calculations and administration, venipuncture, catheter placement, animal restraint, vital-sign monitoring, radiography, anesthesiology, and patient assessments.
