What you'll do

• Expand existing client relationships and pursue new projects
• lead sales through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and operational handoff
• interpret architectural plans and specifications
• recommend window solutions to architects, builders, and contractors
• manage pricing and margins
• maintain forecasts, pipeline, and customer records in CRM and ERP systems
• represent the company at jobsite visits and industry events.
