What you'll do

• Maintain, repair, and test cable
• splice existing facilities
• locate and repair aerial and underground cable
• install, maintain, repair, and test residential and small-business telecommunications service
• connect wires and cables to terminals and hardware
• perform continuity and conformance testing
• interpret service orders, drawings, maps, and diagrams
• interact professionally with customers
• work independently in the field and cooperatively with others.
