What you'll do

• Oversee clinic operations, staff scheduling, performance, workflow, inventory, and compliance
• recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff
• manage patient experience and concerns
• educate patients on treatments and skincare
• conduct consultations
• support revenue, sales, membership, and retail goals
• perform laser and esthetic treatments within licensure and protocols
• maintain treatment safety, documentation, and infection-control standards.
