What you'll do

• Lead daily jobsite operations for commercial tenant-improvement and ground-up projects
• supervise subcontractors and trades
• review drawings, submittals, and schedules
• coordinate clients, vendors, inspectors, and project teams
• monitor productivity and schedules
• conduct meetings and maintain reports
• enforce safety protocols
• manage deliveries and site logistics
• oversee inspections, walkthroughs, punch lists, and closeout
• use Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
