Innovo Detox is a 52-bed inpatient treatment facility providing evidence-based care for people with mental health and substance use disorders, including through a dual-diagnosis program. The therapist completes assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation for a caseload of 9–12 clients and provides daily individual and group therapy. The role contributes to coordinated client care and supports the facility’s mission of helping people build a positive, sober lifestyle and move toward independent living.

What you'll do

• Complete initial biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, individual and group notes, and other clinical documentation for a caseload of 9–12 clients
• provide individual and group therapy daily
• participate in a multidisciplinary team to support client care and treatment.
