What you'll do

• Direct and supervise clinical programming and related activities
• develop and monitor admission and discharge criteria
• participate in budget development and oversee the clinical-area budget
• manage quality assurance, policies, and regulatory compliance
• support staff selection, evaluation, and development
• ensure safety procedures and documentation standards are followed.
