Direct Support Professional (Job Mentor) — Part-Time Evenings

The Direct Support Professional (Job Mentor) works onsite in Ontario, OR, part-time, Monday–Friday from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM; compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The role supports Witco’s vocational and employment services for people with disabilities at community worksites.

What you'll do

• Provide on-the-job training and support
• arrange transportation if needed
• monitor progress and collect service data
• assess strengths and teach job skills and workplace communication
• coach work habits and motivation
• coordinate with employers on workplace needs and goals
• and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
