What you'll do

• Supervise, support, and evaluate teaching staff
• provide feedback, mentoring, and classroom coverage as needed
• coordinate developmentally appropriate lesson plans and individualized activities
• support staff and parent training
• conduct classroom observations
• coordinate interdisciplinary planning and services
• maintain records, data, and reports
• monitor screenings, child outcomes, and school-readiness goals
• attend meetings and trainings, including offsite activities.

Education Supervisor I requires a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field, 1+ years of relevant teaching experience, and specified Massachusetts EEC qualifications. Frequent travel for home visits and offsite training is required.
