Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator role is onsite in Odessa, TX; compensation is not specified. The position supports MIRATECH’s warehouse operations and works closely with the sales team to complete customer orders and deliveries accurately and on time. The role manages inventory handling, shipments, catalyst element cleaning and testing, and warehouse organization. It contributes to safe, accurate, and efficient branch operations by preparing freight, maintaining records and equipment, and coordinating shipment priorities.

What you'll do

• Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• load and unload trucks
• receive, organize, store, and manage inventory
• assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
• wash, clean, and test catalyst elements according to company procedures and quality standards. Prepare, package, secure, and label pallets for motor freight/LTL shipments
• inspect outgoing shipments
• coordinate customer orders, deliveries, pickups, and shipping priorities with sales
• stage materials
• maintain a clean, safe warehouse and surrounding areas
• store and maintain tools and supplies
• follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment
• and assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory records.

Why this role
