The Program Support Assistant I, Participant Care Mentor is an onsite, full-time role in Colorado Springs, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pay is $17 per hour. The role supports Goodwill of Colorado’s Day Program for participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position combines participant care with administrative support. It helps implement individualized plans, supports participants’ daily activities and safety, and documents goals and behaviors so the Day Program team can provide consistent support.
What you'll do
- Assist with individualized plans and activities of daily living
- support participant schedules, supervision, protocols, arrivals and departures, community outings, and safety
- document client goals and behaviors in daily log notes
- respond to requests and work cooperatively with caregivers, community agencies, stakeholders, and clients.
