What you'll do

• Conduct complex, sensitive, and time-critical investigations
• interview employees and collect and analyze evidence
• document investigative processes, findings, recommendations, and resolutions
• manage a changing caseload
• advise stakeholders and recommend remedial measures
• partner with HR, Legal, and control functions
• analyze ER data for trends and risks
• maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
• contribute to initiatives that may include policies, tools, handbooks, and training.

Why this role
