What you'll do

• Learn enterprise system uses and workflows
• identify, troubleshoot, and resolve simple business systems issues
• assist with deployment of new applications and enhancements
• coordinate and perform tests for modified and new systems
• provide user orientation and training
• assist with planning, design, and development of applications and enhancements
• maintain communication and follow up on assigned work. Occasional evening and weekend work may be needed to meet deadlines.
