What you'll do

• Support daily living, personal care, community integration, socialization, personal interests, and safety according to individual and behavioral support plans. Assist with health-related needs, medication administration and documentation as trained, appointments, meals, household tasks, and community activities
• maintain confidential records and follow safety and rights protections. Driving an agency or personal vehicle is part of community integration.
